Caraotas Negras
Venezuelan Black Beans
Caraotas Negras are a savory black beans dish which forms an essential part of Pabellon Criollo, the national dish of Venezuela, in which the flavours, colours and texture of white rice, pulled beef, black beans and fried platano (green banana) form a beautiful and well balanced combination.
This traditional Venezuelan Black Beans Recipe is a perfect companion for any spicy barbecue main course.
