Indonesian Sweet and Sour Sauce #1
There must be at least a hundred variations to the recipe for Indonesian Sweet & Sour. This recipe for Babi Pangang Sauce comes from the Indonesian mother-in-law of a friend of ours. For your easy reference: in Malay, Sweet and Sour Chicken is named "Ajam Panggang" or "Ayam Pangang" and Sweet and Sour Pork is named "Babi Panggang" or "Babi Pangang".
