This honey mustard glazing recipe is really very easy:

| 1 Tablespoon |
| Honey |
| Mustard |
| Olive Oil |
The above quantities will yield about 1/4 cup of barbecue glazing sauce which should be enough to cover about 2 to 3 pounds of meat on the grill. Make more if you feel so!
Preparation and Use
This easy barbecue glazing can be made quickly while your meat is smoking on the grill.

Shake and/or stir the glazing ingredients until you have a smooth sauce; |

Brush on all sides of the meat during the last half hour of smoking; Make sure you cover all corners and crevices! |
