Surinam Chinese Honey Glazing
We use this Surinam Chinese glazing for a Surinam pork recipe called "Losie Agoe Metie".
Preparation of this Surinam-Chinese Glazing is really easy to make. It is based on re-use of the Surinam Chinese Marinade after the meat has gone onto the barbecue grill.
Ingredients
For glazing a 5 to 7 pounds cut of Surinam roasted pork the honey glazing recipe ingredients are as follows:

| 1/2 cup |
| Surinam Chinese Marinade |
| Honey |
The above quantities will yield about 1 cup of Surinam Chinese Honey Glazing.
Preparation and Use

Bring the marinade to the boil in order to sterilze; |

Stir the honey into the marinade until fully dissolved; |

Use a brush to apply the glazing to the meat during roasting, adding several layers to build a nice and shining coating; |
